Dunkin' Donuts needed a way to engage sporting fans during home games.
The Solution

Activating IRIO’s Text-2-Vote solution, Dunkin’ Donuts gave fans the chance to vote for who they thought would be the top scorer of the game. To make it even better, Dunkin’ offered digital coupons for a free Dunkin’ Donuts coffee to fans who casted their vote!

At halftime, the scoreboard lit up and fans texted “DUNK” to 47464.

The campaign spanned over 15 Houston Rockets home games, and the results were awesome! Dunkin’ Donuts averaged 150 texts per game, growing their subscriber base by 2200 people!
